So You Want To Make A Funny Web Series

Posted on: by Michael Tringe

You know you’ve had an idea for a slammin’ comedy.

Every creative person I’ve ever met has an idea for a comedy they would love to shoot. Unfortunately, most never even try to. All of their quality plots are locked away, never to see the light of day again.

This doesn’t have to happen to you!

The biggest reason why is because they don’t know where to start. Many don’t know how to structure their script, direct the show or collaborate with others. Starting a Web Series is a foreign concept to them, let alone sustaining and growing it. They don’t see the very real reward and choose the road most traveled instead of trying to make their mark. All it takes is a first step and you’re on your way to making people, the majority of whom you’ll never meet, have a better day because of that funny web series they just found on the internet – the same one they can’t wait to tell all of their friends about the next day.
