Learn To Write Sci-Fi Shows On The Web

Posted on: by Michael Tringe

The internet is the best place to nerd out. Why not contribute by writing a science fiction web series?

Some of the best content I’ve seen on the internet is Sci-Fi. As a fan, writing Sci-Fi gives you unlimited creative freedom and imaginative potential. Sci-Fi does not have to be all aliens space battles, however. It reaches all corners from fairy tales to horror stories and new worlds to dreamscapes.

Audiences love a good story, which is why CreatorUp exists for you in the first place. You can deliver that story to them by learning how to develop a script, tweak it and expand the world of your characters. With an encompassing plot line a bit of luck you will be able to create something truly beautiful that people won’t be able to get enough of.

If Sci-Fi got you this far, why not try to do that for someone else? For a start, learn the following:

Tip 1: World Building
Tip 2: The Writing Process
Tip 3: Thinking from the Audience’s Perspective
Tip 4: Embrace Your Budget.
